MS-101- My Caterpillar Story

A small boy was playing in his garden…He saw a caterpillar 🐛 really struggling hard to come out of its cocoon ….to become a butterfly 🦋…He waited for some time but could not bear to see …this continued painful struggle…Out of compassion , he wanted to help…He cut the cocoon with scissors …so that caterpillar could come out easily…without further struggle and pain.

At this moment , his father came and saw what the child had done.

He explained to his son, the struggle for coming out of cocoon is …nature‘a way of giving strength to the wings of butterflies 🦋.

Now this butterfly has lost this chance and will NEVER be able to fly…due to weak wings.

Similarly, we should have a positive approach towards all CHALLENGES in life…These are God sent opportunities …to do more and better…they bring out our hidden talents, capabilities and strengths and …prepare us for higher tasks and bigger positions in future….

Most of us get into a negative or defensive mode …when faced with a PROBLEM …which should be rightly called a …CHALLENGE …to give it a POSITIVE connotation …We start lamenting…

Why me ? …and try to somehow escape the situation….
(which is indeed a golden opportunity for learning and great progress in life .)

सोना तप कर ही…कुंदन बनता है …

हीरा तराश कर ही … ज़्यादा मूल्यवान बनता है …

पत्थर की शिला…छेनी-हथोडे की निरंतर चोट खा कर ही …मूर्ति रूप लेती है …पूजा के लायक़ बनती है ।

The challenge is before YOU because…nature is preparing YOU for… better future ahead…bigger role…bigger success….If we refuse to accept…it is our OWN loss…

We never say …Why me …when we get a lottery or big reward ?…
Let us start treating all CHALLENGES … in our life …in a POSITIVE manner as

“Post Dated Cheques”…for our preparation and future happiness .

Many of us miss these golden opportunities…by finding excuses or blaming others and external reasons…continue to live in DENIAL…instead of finding the winning solution…and creating NEW landmarks….based on the team efforts of best expert and experienced mentors…whom we could have contacted and used very easily.

Over 80 % people chose the EASIER …down-hill path and never become WINNERS in their life…due to tendency of AVOIDING…many challenges.

Remember ….When going gets TOUGH …the tough get going !

They NEVER enter into BLAME games …and finding EXCUSES for failures .

They never ERASE the bigger lines of others…but insist on drawing own BIGGER lines…based on their SUPERIOR team capabilities & bigger team efforts .

They always focus on finding SOLUTIONS and establish new BENCH-MARKS of success ,

श्री राम and other characters of Ramayana…are remembered with great respect for thousands of years…because of their exemplary and memorable behavior… in challenging situations.

Great cultural tradition of India 🇮🇳 …emphasizes such …exemplary behavior… in face of crisis and challenges …and this has made India great for thousands of years.

Always remember this caterpillar 🐛 story…and make best use of challenges for new learning’s and converting into success stories.
